Home QR Menu

Your menu becomes a QR code, and your customers read it on their phone

Your catalogue is already in your till. CYSOL publishes it online, builds your QR code and hands you the poster to print. The customer scans, the menu opens — no app to install, and at today's prices. It is free, and it stays free.

  • Free for life, no hardware to buy
  • Backed up and encrypted every night
  • Help included in both plans
  • The Pro plan comes with a 7-day trial, no commitment
A restaurant menu open on a phone, and in front of it the printed table card carrying its QR code.

What it can do, in detail

Included in the free plan

Three steps, and it is online

You publish, you get your QR code, you print it. Your catalogue does the rest: nothing to retype, no layout to design, no designer to pay. The screen walks you from one step to the next, and only offers the next one once the previous is done.

The printed QR code stays valid forever

Your menu's address never changes, whatever you edit afterwards — items, prices or sections. Table cards already on the tables, posters already up, stickers already ordered all keep working. It is the first thing people ask us, and the code guarantees it.

A printed menu starts lying at the first edit

You raise a price, a dish runs out, you add a special: the online menu follows your till to the minute, with nobody touching it. A sold-out dish shows struck through — or disappears if you prefer, it is a switch.

Your customers install nothing

The menu is a web page: the phone camera opens it directly. No app to download, no account to create, no advertising. It loads in moments, even on a packed dining-room network.

Photos of your dishes, if you have them

Every item can carry its photo, its sizes and its extras — the ones already set in your catalogue. The menu shows them as they are, and the customer sees what they are ordering.

You know how often it has been opened

A counter, collecting nothing about your customers: no address, no tracking, no cookie. You can see whether your table cards are being used, and you can take the menu down in one gesture if you change your mind.

Frequently asked questions

Is the QR Menu really free?

Yes, in the Starter plan and in Pro, at no extra cost and with no time limit. The online menu, the QR code, the printable PDF and the screen image are all included. None of it requires Pro.

Will my QR code still work if I change my menu?

Yes. Your menu's address is fixed once and for all when you publish, and never changes, whatever you edit afterwards. You can print your table cards without fearing you will have to redo them.

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. The menu is a web page: the phone camera recognises it and opens it in the browser. There is nothing to download, no account to create, and no advertising on the menu.

Can I hide sold-out dishes instead of striking them through?

Yes, it is a switch in the QR Menu settings. Turned off, sold-out dishes disappear from the menu — along with sold-out sizes and extras — and an emptied section goes with its tab. Nothing is deleted: it all comes back as soon as the item is available again.

How do I print the QR code?

CYSOL gives you a ready-to-print PDF: four table cards to cut out, and a poster for the entrance. An image is also provided for a screen, a television or a messaging status. There is no layout to do.

Does it work for a shop rather than a restaurant?

Yes. The menu shows your catalogue, whatever it holds: dishes, drinks, groceries or shop items. The sections are your categories, exactly as you already created them in your till.

Try it on your own catalogue

Create your space in minutes, enter your products, and judge it on your own business rather than on a sales page. It is free for life, and Pro comes with a 7-day trial.
